African Kebab Skewers

African Kebab Skewers — FOSOA

Ingredients

Boil Gizzards
Gizzards
1/4 crushed finger Ginger
3 crushed garlic cloves
1 small white onion
1 tbsp tumeric
Salt to taste

Dress Gizzards
1\2 Red bell pepper
1\2 Orange bell pepper
1\4 Aubergine
1\2 red onion
Cheery tomatoes

Marinate Gizzards
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Chilli flakes
1 tbsp Nandoz sauce
Skewer sticks

Directions

  1. Boil gizzards for 40 mins until soft — with the ‘Boil Gizzards’ ingredients above.
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, marinate with balsamic vinegar and parsley and leave to rest.
  3. After boiling the gizzards, make the skewers with the ‘Dress Gizzards’ ingredients above.
  4. Spray olive oil on the skewers and sprinkle garlic flakes and parsley.
  5. Place in oven on high heat for about 10 mins, 5 mins on each side.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
