1 tsp Rose Water
2 Cups Double Cream
1 Cup Milk
200g Ivory Coast Dark Chocolate
Directions
- Heat up saucepan on a medium and all ingredients.
- Keep stirring until think and smooth.
- Serve with strawberries and shortbread biscuits.
