2 tbsp Of Butter
4 tbsp Caster Sugar (optional)
1 tsp Rose Water
2 Cups Double Cream
1 Cup Milk
200g Ivory Coast Dark Chocolate

Directions
  1. Heat up saucepan on a medium and all ingredients.
  2. Keep stirring until think and smooth.
  3. Serve with strawberries and shortbread biscuits.
