Ingredients
  1. 2 tbsp Of Butter
  2. 4 tbsp Caster Sugar (optional)
  3. 1 tsp Rose Water
  4. 2 Cups Double Cream
  5. 1 Cup Milk
  6. 200g Ivory Coast Dark Chocolate
Instructions
  1. Heat up saucepan on a medium and all ingredients.
  2. Keep stirring until think and smooth.
  3. Serve with strawberries and shortbread biscuits.
