Ingredients
  1. 1.0 Container Black Eyed Beans In Water(Tinned)
  2. 3.0 Medium Fresh Garlic Cloves
  3. 4.0 Medium Bird's Eye Chillies
  4. 1.0 tbsp Salt
  5. 1.0 tbsp Smoked Paprika(Spice Islands)
  6. 2.0 tbsp Cumin
  7. 4.0 tbsp Olive Oil – Extra Virgin
  8. 3.0 tbsp Tahini
  9. 1.0 Whole Lemon
Instructions
  1. Empty contents of canned beans, separating the water into a cup and putting the beans into your food processor.
  2. Chop the garlic finely and add into the processor.
  3. Blitz on a high setting until the seeds start breaking down.
  4. Add 8 teaspoons of the water into the processor and and blitz until beans are broken down a little.
  5. Add the Tahini and squeeze in the juice of the whole lemon.
  6. Add in the spices and salt. Blitz until everything is combined and smooth.
  7. Lastly, add in one table spoon of olive oil at a time and blitz until you get a smooth fluffy consistency.
