Ingredients
  1. 400g Everyday Value Plum Tomatoes (Tesco)
  2. 300g Pumpkin Seeds (Valued Naturals)
  3. 5.0g Bird's Eye Chillies (Tesco)
  4. 1.0 Container Anchovy Fillets In Olive Oil (Tesco)
  5. 2.0 Medium Sweet Raw Red Peppers
  6. 1.0 tbsp Smoked Paprika (Morrisons)
  7. 1.0 tbsp Onion Powder (Granules)
  8. 1.0 tbsp Ground Ginger
Instructions
  1. Put pumpkin seeds into food processor and blitz until broken down. Set aside.
  2. Put red peppers, plum tomatoes into food processor with anchovies, birds eye chillies, onion granules, ginger and smoked paprika. Blitz until smooth.
  3. Add tomato mixture into hot pan and cook until it becomes thick paste.
  4. Add seeds in with half cup of water and cook for 5 minutes. You can add salt to taste.
  5. Serve on roasted red pepper with some rocket salad or in a bed of rice.
