Enjoy this rich and tasty Mauritian Pastry.
Ingredients
- Flour
- Salt
- Water
Instructions
- Knead until nice & soft
- Then roll out a small piece of the dough (half a fist size)...
- Brush a bit of oil over
- Fold and leave until you are about to eat (as its best eaten straight after cooking)
- Roll out & cook on hot pan
Notes
- Make as many as u wish depending on amount of dough u have
