Enjoy this rich and tasty Mauritian Pastry.
  1. Flour
  2. Salt
  3. Water
  1. Knead until nice & soft
  2. Then roll out a small piece of the dough (half a fist size)...
  3. Brush a bit of oil over
  4. Fold and leave until you are about to eat (as its best eaten straight after cooking)
  5. Roll out & cook on hot pan
  1. Make as many as u wish depending on amount of dough u have
