1 Whole Coconut
0.5 Cup Coconut Water
6 Cloves Garlic
1 Whole Green Chilli
25g Mint Leaves
Salt & Pepper to taste
- In food processor, put chopped coconut, garlic, mint and chilli.
- Blitz until finely coarse.
- Begin to add water gradually while blitzing until mixture becomes a paste.
- Finally add salt and pepper to taste.
