Full Irish Breakfast with South African Boerewors

We take the traditional Irish Breakfast and turn it on it’s head. Try our version of the Irish Breakfast with South African Boerewors.

Ingredients

Spray Oil
400g Boerewors
1 small Onion
2 cloves Garlic
1 Tomato
2 tsps Curry
1 tbps Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Of Water
1/2 Avocado
4 Eggs
2 Spring Onions
1 Tin Baked Beans
2 Slices Nigerian Sweet Bread

Directions
  1. Fry boerewors until golden brown and set aside.
  2. Sautée onion and chopped garlic until lightly brown and add chopped tomato and curry.
  3. Add water and let simmer until tomatoes are soft and water is evaporated.
  4. Add 4 eggs and scramble until cooked.
  5. Sautée spring onions and add baked beans.
  6. Mash avocado and add a pinch of salt and pepper then spread on sweet bread.
