COOKS IN 10 minutes
1 tbsp Milled Chia Seeds
2 tbsps Cashew Butter
2 tbsps Cashew Milk
30g Protein Powder (Vanilla, Chocolate or Cookies & Cream)
150g Natural Yoghurt
Pinch of Whole Chia Seeds (to dress) (to serve)
Mix milled chia seeds with 1 tbsp cashew butter and 10 grams of the protein powder until combined.
Place in serving cup and press until no air bubbles are left.
In a separate bowl, whisk Skyr Yoghurt with the rest of the cashew butter and protein powder until smooth.
Now spoon into a serving dish.
Sprinkle some chia seeds on top and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
