Coconut Chutney (Satini Coco)

Ingredients

1 Whole Coconut
0.5 Cup Coconut Water
6 Cloves Garlic
1 Whole Green Chilli
25g Mint Leaves
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions
  1. In food processor, put chopped coconut, garlic, mint and chilli.
  2. Blitz until finely coarse.
  3. Begin to add water gradually while blitzing until mixture becomes a paste.
  4. Finally add salt and pepper to taste.
